The family room had a comfortable bed and was equipped with modern amenities like an electronic key card, a work desk, and satellite TV, with beautiful views of the bay and a quick check-in process.

Clean and amazing hotel, views are amazing, location is marvellous in the center. At the roof top bar they serve GOOD food and drinks.

The room is wonderful and incredible, it comes with the temperature in degrees centigrade and extra nice bathrooms plus a huge comfy double bed. An electric kettle, fridges and glassware are a nice touch.

Extremely cheap, luxury fittings, hi-tech shower, balcony overlooking Ha Long bay, comfortable bed.

Breakfast was a disappointment.

We liked this hotel, it was fairly clean. The staff was particularly good and incredibly kind and accommodating. The property was really close to shops and restaurants, and a park and a shopping mall.

The room at this hotel was absolutely beautiful - brand new and very comfortable. the view from our room was breathtaking, allowing us to enjoy the stunning surroundings. the staff were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They were always available to offer assistance and recommendations for things to do in the city.

The language barrier was a bit of a challenge, as none of the staff spoke English. We had to rely on Google Translate to communicate with them.

The view from the room was amazing, we could see the city from a distance. the staff arranged the transport to the city center and boat tours for us which was really convenient. the bed was comfortable and the room was new and clean.

The breakfast was not so great, only a limited variety of food was available. the location is a bit far from the main tourist area, so there are not many restaurants nearby.

The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and I especially appreciated the extraordinary shower that displayed the temperature in degrees centigrade on an LED screen. It may not be the most practical feature, but it certainly added a touch of amusement to my stay.

While my stay at Diamond Luxury Hotel was mostly positive, there were a couple of drawbacks. the breakfast time ended at 9:00 a.m., which I found to be quite early, especially for tourists who spend the whole day exploring and may not have time for a leisurely morning meal.
